By: Hisaya Nakajo

Its about a girl named Mizuki that goes to Japan in order to meet her idol, Sano. He was a high jumper that she saw on television when she was in Japan. The thing is, is that the school the she must attend to be with Sano is an ALL-BOYS school. There, she will have to deal with keeping her identity a secret as well as dealing with love problems.

If anyone wants to change or add on to this summary be my guest. =]

I read this series last year.. and was pretty hooked. The plot was totally original and was a refreshing break-away from all the other school life genre mangas. I haven't watched any of the dramas yet, but if I do, I'd probably go for the Japanese version.

I found this manga funny and exciting beacause all through tha manga she had to hide her gender and put up a front of a boy which is difficult.

I find the story disturbing at first. It was the first gender bender manga that I read, so I was not used with it then. Then, when I get used to it, I began to like the series. I've seen the both live dramas, and I was quite disappointed because I really wanted to see the ending just like in the manga. n.n

This was the first long series I ever finished, and I have to admit, it was a VERY GOOD series. It had a good mixture of humor and sweetness to keep you interested, despite the 20+ volumes in the series.

I've always been a tomboy so I really admired Mizuki's bravery... and lack of common sense... I mean she went as far as to cross-dress, lie to her parents, and go to an all boys school just to become friends with Sano. Yeah that's right she had NO romantic intentions when she started her escapade. The dense characters, the humor, and the random questioning of sexuality by Nakatsu make this manga worth reading! The added tension of Sano and Mizuki being roommates is priceless! By the way if anyone else was left wondering when exactly Sano finds out about Mizuki (not a spoiler since it happens in the 1st Volume) it's on page 33 of the first volume. The only sign is his eyes.

P.S. Umeda-sensei is awesome! I'd totally love a doctor like him ^.~

I actually didn't really like this series. I read this a long, long time ago, when I first started reading manga, so I thought it was all right, but I reread it around a year ago and I thought it was.. long drawn. I got really sick of it at times, and the ending definitely didn't make up for all those chapters I read. I can, though, see it's charm.

i soo love this manga. although the end kinda ruined everything, i mean they dragged on for 100+ chapters but the part where they found out the truth was like only 1-3 chapters long :(.. but the ending i liked is the extended version.. and the special ending!! how come its not about mitsuki and sano huh?!?!
